This version includes the Jimi Hendrix cover of Foxy Lady and the Black Sabbath song Behind The Wall Of Sleep. "Thy Serpent Rise" was the first VOL album to include (ex-Overkill drummer) Ron Lipnicki and (ex-Hades bassist) Jimmy Schulman.
